NRB 2025: Wow-Inspiring Memories

By last Friday, a week ago today, the 2025 NRB International Christian Media Convention had ended.

Many folks departed Thursday afternoon after the exhibits and Press Center closed. By Friday morning, most of the rest of us were heading home.

The annual NRB convention, now described by its organizer, the National Religious Broadcasters Association, as the leading global convention and trade show for Christian communicators, was wow-inspiring.

According to their news release issued the day after the show, the 2025 show set a new record for attendance, with 5,800 Christian communicators in attendance, about 1,000 more attendees than the year before. That number included men and women from across the United States as well as more than 300 who represented 52 other countries.

Buoyancy PR was among 271 exhibitors who sold out the exhibit hall. NRB was held February 24-27 at the Gaylord Texan hotel and convention center in the Dallas-area town of Grapevine, Texas.

Buoyancy PR and our clients at the show garnered interviews, made contacts, interacted with attendees at book signings, and generally soaked in the somewhat overwhelming atmosphere created by a record number of attendees to the NRB International Christian Media Convention.

Our days at the NRB convention, officially the NRB International Christian Media Convention, were busy and packed with interaction with people from all over the country and some from other parts of the world, introducing authors to Christian media for their interviews, and meeting people at author book signings.

Along the way, we captured glimpses of aspects of the Christian media world, and came home with a lot more to do on follow up and booking even more interviews.

Here’s a bit more about how NRB describes the convention, “The annual NRB International Christian Media Convention is the largest nationally and internationally recognized event dedicated solely to assisting those in the field of Christian communications. The dynamic and award-winning Exposition consists of hundreds of organizations and is an active marketplace for those seeking products and services to enhance their organization.”

By the way, it’s not too early to begin thinking about next year.

The 2026 convention returns to the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville February 17-20, 2026.

Buoyancy PR plans to exhibit again, so if you are interested, let us know. Our space is limited and the investment fees will be the most reasonable for those who commit first.

By the way, if you are receiving this via email, you are receiving it with several photos, but on the blog, there can only be one. If you wish to receive this in your own inbox, let us know.
